Dr. Bri Bransteter is an evidence-based, movement focused chiropractic physician specializing in treatment for a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a particular affinity for sport related injuries and pre/post-natal care.

Dr. Bri views the body as a whole and factors that into her thorough evaluations allowing her to curate individualized treatment plans. She understands the frustration of an injury hindering ones ability to function in their daily lives or perform an activity they love. Applying a three pillar approach comprising of soft-tissue modalities, adjustments and corrective exercises, this effectively decreases pain, restores and maintains proper motion to the body. Her ultimate goal is to see her patients thrive, regain control over their bodies and get back to doing what they love.

After receiving her B.S of Exercise Science at Linfield University, she moved to California for post graduate doctoral training at Palmer College of Chiropractic and spent the next six years as an associate at a sports medicine clinic in the Bay Area until she was called back home to Oregon. She has travelled all over the US to learn multiple soft-tissue and rehabilitative disciplines from physical therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and DOs, to continue learning and better serve her patients. She has also completed two chiropractic mission trips in Shanghai, China and San Salvador, El Salvador providing chiropractic care to those communities in need.

You can find her on Mt. Bachelor snowboarding with her husband, hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, traveling with her family and friends or walking the trails with her son and pup, Ollie.

Dr. Lyndsey Brozyna is a classically-trained, board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist. Merging love for science with reverence for ancient tradition, Lyndsey loves working with female reproductive health, neurology, digestion, stress management, and emotional healing.

With a heart-centered approach to patient care, Lyndsey is passionate about supporting all aspects of mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Deeply ingrained in Lyndsey’s ethos is the belief that symptoms are sacred messages from the body. She embraces each acupuncture appointment as a much-needed invitation for her patients to slow down, be still, and reconnect with their bodies. Guided by the belief that we should all live with balanced hormones, a pain-free body, and a regulated nervous system, Lyndsey empowers her patients with the knowledge and tools to be and live well.

While offering a comprehensive array of therapies for all her patients, Lyndsey has a special affinity for gynecological conditions, infertility, and reproductive disorders. With care and expertise, she guides her female patients to successful conception with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition.

Katie’s fascination with the human body grew from decades of experience coaching gymnastics. She was dedicated to learning as much as she could about strength and flexibility training to help her athletes perform their best and avoid injury. While coaching full time in Seattle, she developed her own over-use injury which led her to discover the amazing healing capabilities of massage.

In 2015, after spending a year travelling the globe, she moved with her husband to Bend and enrolled at Sage School of Massage. What started as a science-minded career move evolved into a life-changing revolution in her entire way of thinking about health and wellness. She has worked in various settings including an injury/treatment-focused clinic, a high-end spa, and private practice. At Aqua Terra Health, Katie is excited to work as part of a team of caring and dedicated healthcare professionals. She focuses on helping her clients connect with their bodies and strives to empower them to actively participate in their healing process and wellness routine.

Katie also teaches in the massage program at Central Oregon Community College where she brings her passion for massage to the classroom and helps her students build strong foundations, develop good body mechanics, and encourages humility and kindness toward their clients… skills that will benefit their future practices for years.

Dr. Brooke Ezra Torf-Fulton focuses on both adult and pediatric Internal Medicine, with an additional passion for sport medicine and mental health.

From personal experience, Dr. Brooke understands that being sick can be the scariest moment in someone’s life. While working as an emergency medic, she saw how truly debilitating diseases could be. She wanted to utilize the insight she had gained as a patient of Chinese Medicine to help people throughout their health journey – from preventive medicine to chronic disease and even symptom relief.

Dr. Brooke graduated from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco with a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTCM). She worked in the rehabilitation ward of California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and LifeLong Ashby Health Center in Berkeley as part of an integrative care system. She has also provided community acupuncture at both Glide and the Women’s Resource Center in San Francisco.

Dr. Angela’s focus is on adult Internal Medicine with an additional passion for mental health and hormone balancing.

From her time as a nurse and her own life experience, Dr. Angela understands the importance of trusting and working together with your practitioner through the natural transitions of life, the curveballs, and the all-out accidents. While working as a medical-surgical nurse at Stanford Hospital, she saw the amazing feats a human body is capable of with the support of a team. When life found her on the receiving end of her team’s care, she found passion in deep listening and wanted to grow into a type of practitioner who could attend, understand, and help patients uncover their healing journey. Hailing from Minnesota, the ‘Land of 10,000 Lakes’, she loves anything and everything outdoors – especially if it involves water. In her free time she known to be found wandering in the woods foraging or frolicking, having dance/cooking parties in the kitchen, gardening, and hiking with her family.

Missy is a lifelong seeker of art, anatomy, and chasing down the meanings of life. She finds her way to you through her own healing journey and through a career helping others rehabilitate.

In 2019, an oncology team treated her for young breast cancer. Derailed and confused, she studied Eastern theories and practiced somatic healing.

Massage therapy has given her opportunity to share this work with others. She integrates rich beliefs in Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Duality into her approach.

Her practice is built on 14 years as a Prosthetist-Orthotist. In this career, she designed custom limbs and braces for amputees and those with musculoskeletal pathologies. She loves working with people and their anatomy. With massage, she feels she’s going even deeper into the human experience with her clients.

She truly believes in this work and is honored to share this sacred space with each of you.

When out of the studio, she’s likely cuddling with her dog, Pepper, catching newts with her daughter, Sequoia, or traveling in the Airstream with Don.
